What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer a number of payment methods:

 

My credit card details are not being accepted. What's wrong?

Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their part.

 

My computer froze while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?

A confirmation email will be sent within an hour of purchase for all successful transactions. If you have not received confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, call our Customer Service Team at 68573328 to confirm the placement of your order.

 

Returns & Refund

 

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. For bank transfer (Bank of China only) and COD transactions, refunds are sent back by bank transfer or cheque to the delivery address.

 

How long does it take for me to receive a refund?

It can usually take up to 3 days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, and up to another 72 hours for us to inspect the item. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition and have processed your refund.Generally speaking, processed credit card refunds may take 3-5 days to be reflected in your credit card account, Paypal refunds are immediately reflected, while chequeswill take 3-5 days to reach your delivery address.

 

In which circumstances you will accept a return?

MON MEILL's top priority is to satisfy all its customers. Items purchased in the Online Shop may be returned up to 7 days after their receipt. (Items should be in their original conditions and must not be used)

 

In which circumstances you will NOT accept a return?

Items cannot be returned: under the list of non-returnable/non-refundable items, after the 7-day period, being used/modified/cleaned and lack of original boxes/packaging/related tags or certificates.

 

Processing Order

 

How do I change my mailing address or change my order?

Please whatapps us as soon as you can at 68573328 and we'll try to modify your mailing address. Your mailing address can be modified as long as your items have not left the warehouse. However, please note that we are unable to modify or cancel your order once parcel has been shipped.

 

DELIVERY & ORDER STATUS

 

Do I have to pay VAT, custom fees and taxes?

If your delivery address is within Hong Kong, there will be no VAT. For all other destinations , you may have to pay import fees and tax on delivery. Import fees vary widely across the world, so please contact your local customs office for further details.
 

For other countries outside Hong Kong, prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

 

Shipping Fee

 

MON MEILL provides Delivery Service on all LOCALorder (HK$35). SOUTHEAST ASIA Orders under  will be subjected to a shipping fee of HK$70.

 

Can I track my order?

We will notifyyou your tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

 

Are there any locations in Hong Kong that you do not ship to?

Please note that while we will try our best to deliver all across Hong Kong, we will not be able to deliver and accept Cash on Delivery at a limited number of restricted and out-lying locations.

Can overseas order be accepted?

MON MEILLjewelry can be purchased within Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. Please contact our CS department at cs@monmeill.com if you are outside this boundary.
 

When will you ship the jewelry? And how long is the delivery time?

Orders placed over weekdays from Monday to Friday will be processed the following business day. No deliveries are made on weekends or holidays. Shipments within Hong Kong take approximately 2 to 3 working days. Shipments to Southeast Asia take approximately 7 to 14 business days. For rural and isolated regions, shipments can take longer. Unfortunately, MON MEILL is unable to deliver to PO boxes addresses at this time.

 

Delivery time may be delayed due to uncertain weather and traffic conditions. In case the following circumstances occur such as invalid mailing address, the recipient refuse to accept the parcel etc, the parcel will be returned to us. You will then be credited for the cost of shipping fee, handling costs and applicable taxes.

 

Please be aware that as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to (if applicable); payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

 

Warranty & Repair

 

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

MON MEILLguarantees upon your receiptof items, that items are free from defects in materials and workmanship.We offer 7 days free repair services. MON MEILLwill not be held liable for any damages incurred after this 7 days period. You can choose our ‘After-sales Services’ afterwards.
